Marked cushion.
The Tonga spice curtains were lovely but alas, the matching cushion covers were disappointing. One of the four was badly marked. On reporting this, I was told to return it and if I wanted it replaced, I had to order and pay for a new one and I would be refunded when the faulty one had been received
by Furn. This was posted 5th March and still waiting for my refund. My new cover has arrived but that is also marked (not so badly as the first one) but l cannot be bothered to e mail further photographs and risk another defective cover. Having spent over £400 on the curtains with which I am totally delighted, I am very disappointed with Furn’s policy in replacing defective goods. Most companies on receipt of evidence would apologise and replace it without hassle. Instead of which, I had to return the soiled cover,order and pay for a new one and still awaiting my refund!

Half the price of another supplier - we bought 4 cushions for half what we paid for just 2 cushions from another supplier, and we are still waiting for them to be delivered. We like the piping which matches the material. Excellent.

Lovely cushions!
These cushion covers are made from nice quality fabric and the colours are rich and vibrant. I have filled them with 50cm inners to get maximum plumpness. They add interest to my plain sofa and brighten the room.
