We are hiring...

Creative Digital Designer 

Sitting within the Brand Team, this role focuses on creating engaging digital assets that translate brand assets and campaign ideas into compelling visual content across DTC, social and multichannel platforms.  Working closely with the Brand Manager, Campaign Manager and Social team, you will ensure our brands show up consistently, creatively and at pace across all digital environments. This role strengthens the delivery engine of the brand team, ensuring ideas move quickly from concept to high-quality execution. 
Key Responsibilities

Digital Creative Production 

  • Design branded digital assets across a range of formats and platforms 
  • Create static social content and short-form video for organic & paid channels  
  • Produce high-impact graphics for DTC websites, email and online marketing 
  • Develop campaign creative aligned to brand messaging and visual direction 
  • Create on-brand infographics and supporting assets for website & marketplace product pages 

Cross-Channel Content Adaptation 

  • Adapt and resize creative across platforms, formats and retail partners 
  • Ensure brand consistency across social, web, marketplace and paid channels 
  • Translate creative ideas into practical assets for multiple digital environments 

Brand Toolkit & Asset Management 

  • Help to build & maintain clear and concise digital Brand toolkits. 
  • Support the ownership and organisation of creative brand assets 
  • Maintain clear and accessible digital asset libraries 
  • Work alongside the Brand Manager to ensure brand toolkits are applied consistently 
  • Help ensure all creative output aligns with established brand frameworks 

Campaign & Marketing Support 

  • Work closely with the Brand & Campaign Manager to deliver campaign creative to support marketing calendar. 
  • Support Social & Community activity with platform-relevant design 
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to meet digital content requirements

About you...

What you bring...

  • Confident user of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Capcut.  
  • Strong digital design experience, ideally within a brand environment.
  • A brand-first mindset and understanding of digital content formats, including paid marketing.
  • Natural flair for bringing brand creative to life in new and exciting ways – we want to be inspired! 
  • Confidence creating both static and motion-based creative.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong layout, typography and composition skills.

    This position is full-time, based in our Leeds (LS14) office 4 days per week + 1 day remote.
