Pretty but awful material

These duvets are aesthetically pleasing but I would never buy them again. The material is stiff and hot at night. I’ve had more success with Amazon duvet covers in the past and should have stuck to them. I did leave a comment on your Facebook page, but nobody even bothered to respond. Awful customer service !

Vibrant pattern, just a bit stiff

Gorgeous colours and looks just like the pictures; material stiff and a bit scratchy after first wash, will but a good dollop of fabric softener in next time and I’m sure with use it’ll soften over time.
