who are Linen House?

Linen House are an Australian homeware brand who operate out of Melbourne. Created in 1993 as the brainchild of Gordon and Michele Duncan – the company has always kept a strong sense of family at its core.

Gordon and Michele first met on a blind date in Chicago, and the charming story of Linen House unfolded from there. They soon returned to Australia to marry, opening their first office in Melbourne and finding the time to raise three children while getting their company off the ground.

Following massively successful designer ranges and collaborations with artists, Linen House has since become one of the most recognisable homeware brands in Australia. Despite its success, it remains an intimate family business to this day. The entire Duncan family are still proudly involved, and supported by an exceptional and hardworking team.
