Excellent customer service
Ordered 2 lots of bedding. Despite them being of excellent quality, I found a sewing fault after the first wash. Emailed their customer service expecting them to say sorry no exchange as I'd already washed the bedding. Not only did they respond very promptly but they said no problem. They made it easy for me to return it, emailed me once they received it and sent me a new set out straight away. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. I will definitely be making further purchases again and would recommend them
