Great customer service

Really happy with our order of seat pads and cushions. There seemed to be an issue with our order being processed. When I contacted them about it, they were very quick to respond, incredibly helpful and gave us a refund on an item no longer in stock, whilst also providing us with a replacement option at no extra cost. Would definitely order from them again. The cushions are high quality and just what if hoped for. Thanks Furn!
