roman blinds at furn.com

Discover our collection of stylish roman blinds. We’ve got everything from neutral greys and creams through to blush pinks and duck egg blues. Love a pattern? We’ve got tartan, lattice and even a tree motif design – whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it with us.

Our roman blinds are all blackout, making them perfect for bedrooms to help you create that perfect sleep sanctuary. The process includes a foam backing covered in two layers of opaque membrane, making sure that no speck of light shines through. This also blocks heat from moving through your blind – making it perfect if you’re trying to lower your energy bills. It'll keep heat in during winter and out during the summer!

how to measure for roman blinds.

The way you measure for roman blinds depends on whether you’re positioning the blind inside or outside of the window recess. If it’s inside, you’ll need to find the shortest measurement by measuring in a number of places, and taking the fittings into consideration too (around 1cm on each side). This means that you'll be able to fit the blind in your window recess without any worries.

If it’s outside the window recess, you’ll only need the main measurement, i.e. the width of the recess plus 10-15cm.

You’ll also need the length or drop of your window too, to make sure the blind you’re buying is long enough to cover it.

how to clean roman blinds.

The first step to clean roman blinds is to vacuum them. Open the blind out so it’s completely extended. Using your brush attachment, gently vacuum it in a downwards motion. This will get rid of any dust and dirt that might have built up.

Next, if there’s still marks or dirt, use a soft, damp cloth to give it a wipe.
